Quitting smoking is good advice.
I didn't know priests were allowed to smoke although I don't know why I'd think that..
Sorry for the loss rhodent. It's a nasty habit. My Dad smoked from age 16 to about 70. He quit cold turkey. Cancer of the stomach finally got him.
