The Party Was Super, But The Photographer Stunk!

#21

The double birthday weekend was lots a fun. I did not get very many pictures... kept getting caught up in the moment, and by the time I figured I should take a picture, the moment was long gone! I do have a few pictures worth sharing... perhaps I will get some more soon from some of the better photographers in the group. "L" of Random_Speak may have a few better photos as well as a few stories to tell!

Allison (Birthday #21 girl) had some friends spend the weekend with her at the river along with numerous aunts and uncles as well as some family friends. Lori (Birthday#29 girl) was there with her husband and two little tornados and a babysitter. All in all there were 22 assorted friends and relatives there for all or part of the weekend. We experienced a flooded house, children falling into the river, one alligator sighting, several bad sunburns, numerous delicious meals, a barking mouse, many grocery store trips (favorite Dunnellon pastime), happy kayaking on the river, a bit of canoing, a boat ride or two, trips to the garbage/recycling dumps, a first legal drink, giftgiving, and lots of deer fly bites (May is the season). Twas a super weekend!

I will skip the house flooding story for now as I think "L" may be writing about that one. If she doesn't, I will share that in a later post.

Birthday Girl #21 and brother Matt.

Lori, Birthday Girl #29 and her husband Scott.

"Olivia"...The Mouse That Barks

Olivia and her Mom aka "Aunt Laura"

Aunt Betty Ann... "The Hostess With The Mostest" and her nephew Lloyd
(Sorry Betty, it is not a good picture of you)

Babysitter, Lauren, laughing at Allison's embarassing gift from Lori. Allison is the one grimmacing and laughing at the same time. Aunt Laura is making sure everyone sees what is in the box! Aunt Karin is amused but comments that it is not a bachelorette party!

Family and friends relaxing after dinner.

Allison with her sweety, Charles, and good friend Steve. Charles and Ally are happy. Steve is happy too, it's just hard to tell because he enjoys posing with stern faces for the camera.

One of the two little tornados, Jodi, in a quieter moment.

First legal drink with Mom... a Mimosa... Jenny and Matt laughing.

Big brother, Matt, supplied addtional drinks with a bit more punch!

Olivia... she's a real party animal!

That about does it for the pictures. After I see what stories "L" has to tell, I may post some more. But for now....

DB IS PICKING ON ME AGAIN!

It's another list. It's the last list. Here it is. :o)
