I hope the packing is going well as can be expected for you.
Maybe someone can help you some.
When I retired, I had to clean out my office. Finally I realized that I just was having an awful time and took up my daughter's (Susie) offer to help.
Things sure speeded up. I still looked at and sorted most of the things, but she disposed and packed. We took three days to do that one room!
