Another Relaxing Sunday

We've had some booming thunderstorms this morning... I was very glad that we went to church last night! Himself went out fishing in his Kayak until the lightening scared him back to his senses, and he decided to call it a day for being out on the water. I relaxed in bed as long as the cats would let me since they were waiting for their breakfast. I am currently sipping on a cup of tea and have just finished lunch... a yummy grilled cheese and tomato sandwich.

I have three things that I want to accomplish today... I want to do one load of laundry so that I have something to wear to work tomorrow, I want to go to look at cars for a bit, and mostly, I want to spend much of the day reading the new Harry Potter book. I really love having reading time and a book that is fun to read. So, even if I don't' get both of the other things done (I can always scrape something out of my closet to wear) I will make sure that I get some reading time fit into the day. The sun is currently out, so I may even get into the pool for a bit today.

I love days like this!

P.S. Please say some prayers for Alisa of Random Postings... she is going through some rough things in her life right now.

P. P. S. It booming outside again... no pool and maybe no car shopping. I guess I'll just have to force myself to read all afternoon. Yay!

Have fun reading. Please let me know what you think about the book.

it was pretty good -- I was really ticked off at all the spoilers being published in newspapers and magazines, though...

I am extremely envious of your thunderstorms. We REALLY need rain. I'm not sure the soybeans can survive much longer.
You had a great day planned. Hope it went nicely for you and that you're well rested.
